DERMAHEAL SB (Skin Brightening) – Mesotherapy works to reduce and prevent hyper-pigmentation and fight aged spots. The formula contains encapsulated Arbutin and Licorice extract, which acts by aggressively blocking the conversion of L-DOPA to eumelanin and phaeomelanin by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase. Working to brighten and effectively prevent further skin pigmentation, leaves skin smooth soft and radiant.

» 3 BIOMIMETIC PEPTIDES

Oligopeptide -34 (C9-T9P2): Increases the breakdown of MITF (Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor), which in turn reduces the production of melanogenicity factors. Suppresses the transfer of melanosomes to keranocytes.

Pentapeptide-13 (C9-ASP): Lightens skin by blocking α-melanocyte stimulating hormone binding to MC1R.

Oligopeptide-50 (C9-Glamerin): Inhibits melanogenesis factors, tyrosinase, TRP-1 (tryptophan amino acid) and TRP-2 (tryptophan amino acid). Reduces and prevents age spots and hyperpigmentation.

 

» VITAMIN C

3-0 ethyl ascorbic acid: action on collagen synthesis, inhibition of free radicals and local overproduction of melanin.

 

» ARBUTIN

Arbutin: Protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Stops melanin pigment formation by inhibiting tyrosinase activity.

 

» BOTANICAL EXTRACT

Licorice Root Extract: Enhances brightening and antioxidant effects.

Suppresses the transfer of melanosomes to keranocytes.
